Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Trainee to assist the procurement team with purchase orders, vendor coordination, and record maintenance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in purchasing and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and tracking purchase orders
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and deliveries
• Maintain purchase and vendor records
• Support inventory and material tracking
• Coordinate with internal departments

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline related to Commerce, Management, Engineering)
• Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Good communication and learning attitude
