Key responsibilities

  • Vendor management: Research, evaluate, and select potential vendors, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Procurement: Create and process purchase orders for necessary goods and services, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Inventory and logistics: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses, and coordinate with shipping agencies to ensure the timely and quality delivery of goods.
  • Cost analysis: Analyze market trends and product costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure the best value for the company.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor information, and invoices, and prepare reports on purchasing activities.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and with other teams, like inventory management, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and qualifications

  • Skills: Negotiation, market research, cost analysis, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Commerce related field.
  • Experiance: 0 to 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,405.74 - ₹38,978.12 per month
