Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchaser with a strong background in the perfume or cosmetics industry to manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and factory supplies. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and prior experience dealing with fragrance ingredients, bottles, caps, and related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase raw materials such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, solvents, and packaging items (bottles, caps, boxes, labels, pumps, etc.).
• Identify reliable suppliers and vendors locally and internationally.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms for cost efficiency and quality assurance.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure materials meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and factory standards.
• Assist in forecasting material requirements based on production plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in a perfume, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of perfume raw materials and packaging items.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Good command of English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).

Experience Required:

✅ Must have experience in the perfume or fragrance manufacturing field.
✅ Hands-on knowledge in sourcing perfume raw materials and packaging items.
✅ Strong vendor network in UAE or international perfume supply market preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
