Purchaser

Job description:

· Maintain all dental supplies in the main inventory by checking stock and matching with the opening and closing balance.

· Determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipts, quantity, expiry during delivery.

· Stock handling and monitoring the main inventory with all the required instruments and materials that need to be purchased.

· Communicate with the suppliers for new orders.

· Create and maintain good relationships with the approved suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

· Review and analyze purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

· Evaluate supplier performance, track delivery schedules, and address any issues or discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders, and contracts.

· Ensure compliance with all related legal bodies concerned.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
