Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Request and compare quotations to ensure the best purchasing terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain updated supplier databases, price lists, and product records.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments for material requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement based on stock requirements.
  • Check and verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Handle import/export documentation if required.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or shortages.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for all purchases.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly purchase reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Purchaser/Procurement Officer (1–3 years+ preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of market trends and supplier networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (if applicable).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
