Overview
Keenline is seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant purchasing that supports all of Keenline's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers using objective and fair criteria to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve annual cost savings
  • Prepare and send out purchase orders and track deliveries to meet operational needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and service
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational requirements.
  • Work with vendors on any quality issues to ensure the quality of provided items
  • Cross-Department Collaboration and working closely with Operations, Applications, and other departments to understand purchasing needs.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency.
  • Support implementation and use of digital procurement systems to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferred - Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Preferred - Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement tools, preferably NetSuite
  • Positive team player with a team / value-building outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
