Purchaser Cum Accounts assistant

Key Responsibilities

Procurement:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on project needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of purchased items.
  • Maintain updated purchase records, supplier databases, and pricing information.
  • Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Purchaser / Procurement Officer with exposure to accounting tasks.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software/ERP.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
