Job Description:

Star View Technical Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchaser cum Store Keeper to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction industry, with the ability to manage both procurement activities and store operations efficiently.

The role requires a highly organized individual who can handle fast-paced project demands, coordinate with multiple site teams, and ensure the smooth supply of materials to various project locations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

The Purchaser cum Store Keeper will be responsible for managing both procurement and store operations efficiently to support construction projects.

In purchasing, the role involves sourcing quality materials and equipment, obtaining and comparing supplier quotations, negotiating prices and terms, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement to avoid project delays. The candidate will also maintain strong supplier relationships and keep accurate purchase records and documentation.

In store management, the role includes receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining proper storage and labeling, updating stock records, issuing materials to sites, and conducting regular stock checks. The candidate will ensure proper inventory control, monitor stock levels, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the store.

Additionally, the role requires coordination with the accounts department for invoice processing, supporting site teams with urgent material requirements, and preparing regular reports on stock and procurement activities. The candidate will also assist in cost control, inventory optimization, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in purchasing and storekeeping in construction / MEP / maintenance field
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and UAE suppliers market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and urgent site requirements efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and inventory tracking systems
• Languages required: English, Hindi, Malayalam (mandatory)
• UAE experience will be an added advantage
