Purchaser – Landscape & Construction
Full-Time | Salary | Windsor, CO | $70,000-$85,000

Southern Exposure Landscape has been building high-quality outdoor spaces for 25+ years. We’re looking for a Purchaser with direct experience in the landscape or construction industry to keep our projects supplied with the right plants, materials, and equipment—on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do
Purchase plants, hardscape materials, irrigation supplies, and equipment parts for commercial-scale landscape projects.
Maintain stock of commonly used parts for mechanics and shop.
Request quotes, negotiate pricing/terms, and build strong vendor relationships.
Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and verify accuracy at job sites.
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and shop personnel to anticipate material needs.
Stay current on product availability, seasonal changes, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years purchasing experience in landscape, construction, or a related trade (required).
Knowledge of landscape materials, plants, and equipment (preferred).
Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy.
