Purchaser – Interior Design & Furniture

We are hiring an experienced Purchaser with strong knowledge of interior materials and furniture sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase furniture, fixtures & finishing materials
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers
• Obtain quotations and issue purchase orders
• Track deliveries to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate with designers and project managers
• Monitor budgets and maintain procurement records

Requirements:

• 2–3 years UAE experience in interior design / furniture / fit-out purchasing
• Strong supplier network and market knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be detail-oriented, cost-conscious, and able to handle multiple projects efficiently.
