Purchaser (10 Positions) - Metal Recycling Industry

Salary & Benefits: $4,000 - $8,000 USD per month + Performance-based Commission (Negotiable based on experience and capability)

Work Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills are essential.

Job Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in both English and Chinese is a primary requirement, with excellent bilingual communication and written expression skills.
• Solid procurement and business acumen, skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, with outstanding time management and organizational coordination skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with basic computer operation knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute the company's procurement strategies to support business growth and profit increase.
• Develop and maintain diverse procurement channels, including industrial clients, scrap material suppliers, light industrial customers, auto repair shops, demolition projects, and other partners.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to ensure a stable supply of raw materials.
• Manage price negotiations and oversee the entire procurement process and logistics arrangements (experience with export procedures is a plus).

• 开拓并维护各类采购渠道，包括工业客户、废料供应商、轻工业客户、维修厂、拆迁项目等合作伙伴。
• 开发新供应商，保障原材料稳定供应。
• 负责价格谈判，全程管控采购流程及物流安排（有出口流程经验者优先）。
