We are actively seeking a dynamic Purchasing Specialist to join our fast-growing metal recycling team. As a pivotal member, you will be tasked with building and refining the company's critical supply chain system, guaranteeing a steady supply of essential raw materials to vigorously support business expansion, and collaborating with the team to advance our corporate mission of resource circulation and environmental protection.

语言能力 / Language Proficiency: 精通中文与英文，能够进行专业、流畅的商务沟通、谈判及文书协作。

Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of conducting professional, fluid business communication, negotiations, and written collaboration.

专业能力 / Professional Competence: 拥有采购或供应链管理相关经验，或具备卓越的商业开拓能力，擅长建立并维护基于互信、长期发展的战略合作伙伴关系。

Possess relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, or demonstrate exceptional business development skills, with a talent for establishing and maintaining trusting, long-term strategic partnerships.

执行能力 / Execution Skills: 能在快节奏、多变的工作环境中高效处理多任务，拥有出色的时间管理、优先级排序及流程协调能力。

Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with outstanding time management, prioritization, and process coordination skills.

核心职责 / Core Responsibilities

制定并实施战略性采购计划，直接促进业务目标达成与公司整体盈利提升。

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to directly contribute to achieving business goals and enhancing company-wide profitability.

开拓、发展并维护多元化的供应渠道网络（覆盖工业企业、废料回收商、汽车维修厂、建筑拆迁项目等）。

Explore, develop, and maintain a diversified supplier network (encompassing industrial enterprises, scrap dealers, auto repair shops, construction and demolition projects, etc.).

系统进行新供应商的开发、评估与全周期管理，构建并持续优化稳固可靠的原材料供应体系。

Systematically conduct sourcing, evaluation, and full-cycle management of new suppliers to establish and continually optimize a robust and dependable raw material supply system.

主导关键商业谈判，全面管理从采购执行到物流协调的端到端流程（熟悉国际贸易流程者将优先考虑）。

Lead key commercial negotiations and oversee end-to-end processes from procurement execution to logistics coordination (familiarity with international trade procedures is preferred).
