Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and contractors.
  • Manage vendor documentation, registration, and compliance.
  • Source materials/services, compare quotations, and support negotiations.
  • Issue purchase/work orders and track deliveries.
  • Maintain vendor database and performance records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for procurement needs and issue resolution.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchase/vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Procurement: 1 year (Preferred)
