Job Description: Candidate will be working in Trilogy and client is willing to train. Will be working with vendors and branch associates daily. Around the 30 to 60 mark it is expected that the candidate should start to feel comfortable with terminology and working in the system to create purchase orders.

Must haves:
1-2 years purchasing agent background
1-2 years of excel
Attention to Detail

Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Timely review and execution of purchase orders and other operational processes
· Ensuring accurate PO placement according to SOD Buy Sheet
· Reviewing purchase order acknowledgements and confirming PO's credentials
· Aid in resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment to vendors
· Assist in maintaining SOD Buy Sheet
· Ability to recognize issues/problems and raise up those concerns as needed
· Professional representation to all vendors, customers, and other client's associates at all times.
· Collaboration among key stakeholders and maintaining excellent working relationships within client's organization as well as vendor counterparts.

Key Qualifications
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
· Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
· Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
· Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
