Minimum
Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain management which includes two (2) years as a lead worker, team leader, or supervisory role; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Purchasing Agent 3 (FET042) or equivalent position.

Preferred
Qualification:

Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following:

Working knowledge of accounts receivables

Ability to provide superior customer service to a diverse customer group

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

History of success in collections

Capacity to identify issues, find solutions, and handle sensitive situations with a customer-focused approach
