Purchasing Agent with Accounting Skills

Kennys Tile is seeking a detailed-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our team. this role requires not only expertise in procurement but also the ability to multitask within our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the procurement of materials and supplies for residential construction projects.

* Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices, and inventory

* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

*Assist with accounting tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting

*Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement to support projects timelines

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in purchasing and/or accounting, preferably in the construction industry

*Strong multitasking and organizational skills

*Proficient in accounting software and procurement tools

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
