Purchasing Analyst - Intern (PT)

Example of Duties:

• Perform data analysis, data processing as well as other clerical and routine duties.
• Perform market research, price analyses and related tasks.
• Solicit pricing, quotes and proposals and perform related analysis.
• Perform troubleshooting, research transactions and resolve both internal and external inquiries.
• Administrate various online procurement platforms.
• Maintains record and files, to include electronic databases.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current college student or recent college graduate. Supply chain, finance or business discipline preferred.
• Zero to two (0-2) years of related experience.
• Excellent math and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS works, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Able to work well with staff and students in a cooperative and professional manner.

The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.

Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this position is $17-$21.
