About the Role

Are you ready to be the driving force behind our service operations? At GPM, Inc., we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who loves making things happen. In this role, you’ll own the purchasing process—sourcing parts, managing vendors, and keeping our industrial pump service shop running like a well-oiled machine. If you thrive on solving problems, building relationships, and ensuring everything flows smoothly, this is your chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Take charge of purchasing and procurement for service operations—source parts fast, negotiate smart, and keep costs in check.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and secure the best deals.
  • Process service orders and coordinate repair workflows to keep projects moving.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and service activities.
  • Partner with engineering and repair teams to align purchasing with technical needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock critical components.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing and service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all activities.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year trade degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience (required).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Customer service and project management experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Unquestioned moral and ethical behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
