Position Summary

Frey-Moss Structures is seeking an organized, fast-paced Purchasing Assistant to support accounts payable and purchasing operations. This role centers on matching purchase orders with receiving paperwork and vouchers, receiving goods within the company ERP system, and preparing vouchered invoices for accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently under deadlines, and keeps job-related documentation accurate and well organized.

AP / Purchasing Admin

• Match purchase orders with receiving paperwork, then match vouchers to verify quantities, pricing, and terms (three-way match).
• Receive goods in the ERP system and voucher invoices for accounting to cut the check.
• Write purchase orders for subcontractors as invoices come in.
• File and maintain job-related documents.
• Maintain and order all office supplies
• Must be organized, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of two years' experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Starting at $16 hour.

Vacation

Frey-Moss Structures encourages employees to take annual vacations for their own well-being and as recognition for their service to the company. Employees earn vacation according to the following schedule. Other rules will apply.

• 1 week after 1 complete year of service
• 2 weeks after 2 complete years of service
• 3 weeks after 8 complete years of service
• 4 weeks after 15 complete years of service

Continuing Education

Frey-Moss Structures, Inc. offers reimbursement of expenses for books and classes taken by employees provided the class pertains to the employee's job and is pre-approved by management. Certain restrictions apply.

401(k) Plan

Frey-Moss provides participants with matching funds to your 401k account based on company performance. In simple terms, the 401k is a retirement plan where employees are allowed to contribute money from their weekly pay. Your account will earn based on your allocation of investments. Besides building retirement funds, contributing to your 401k reduces your current taxable income and helps you keep more of your hard-earned money now. Your 401k money is not taxed until you withdraw it. All practices of this plan are subject to government regulations and will change as mandated by law.
