RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Fleet management, Asset protection, and maintenance
  • Tools management, Asset protection, and maintenance
  • Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Compliance: Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.
  • Cost Management: Seek ways to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and changes.
  • Driver/Driving Assistance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft office products like SharePoint, excel and Outlook, preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CPSM, CPP, or similar credentials preferred
  • Strong understanding of electrical materials, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to lift, pull or push to 50 lbs.
  • Effectively negotiate terms and secure cost savings.
  • Assess supplier performance and analyze market trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and time management skills
  • Vehicle mechanical knowledge is a plus

Base Salary ranging from $50,000 - $60,000
