Essential Functions:

• Ability to handle purchasing needs from multiple suppliers for multiple locations.
• Run reports daily for purchasing needs and update POs with supplier acknowledgements.
• Ability to analyze previous purchasing trends to make informed decisions on purchasing quantities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with sales reps, vendor reps, inside sales, and accounting across multiple locations.
• Update ERP system with current costs and adjust replenishment methods and quantities.
• Understanding of freight methods and policies to minimize freight costs.
• Process supplier returns.
• Follow up on past due POs and get updated delivery information.
• Other duties as may be deemed necessary by manager
