DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, update, and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm order receipt, ship dates, and delivery status.
  • Track open orders and proactively communicate delays or issues to the team.
  • Ensure all pricing, quantities, and lead times are accurately recorded.
  • Collect and organize supplier documentation (COAs, specs, invoices, certifications, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audits and compliance.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding by gathering required forms and documentation.
  • Support data entry and system updates to keep purchasing information current.
  • Flag any potential shortages to purchasing or planning teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
  • backgrounds.
  • 1+ year of administrative, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
