As a Purchasing Coordinator, you’ll support day to day purchasing activities that keep our manufacturing operation running smoothly. You’ll work closely with production, logistics, and suppliers, gaining real-world experience across the full procurement process. - Assist with sourcing and managing suppliers for manufacturing materials
- Create, receive, and track purchase orders in SAP
- Follow up with vendors on pricing, delivery dates, and order status
- Coordinate daily with production and logistics to support schedules
- Help monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or delays
- Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and discounts
- Ensure materials meet quality and compliance standards
- Research alternate suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve billing discrepancies and assist with credits
- Respond to internal requests quickly and professionally
- Maintain organized inventory, stockroom, and storage areas
- 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus, not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company

Requirements:
Bachelor or Associates Degree
ERP Experience
Previous experience with Purchasing ( Manufacturing)
