EDGE™ is located in a new 3,400 square-foot design showroom at 2359 Vanderbilt Beach Rd Suite 402 in The Shoppes at Vanderbilt. The showroom serves as a fully functioning office space and environment to welcome clients. EDGE™ is currently creating the interior design and cabinetry for multiple custom luxury estate homes in some of southwest Florida’s most prestigious communities including Port Royal, Park Shore, Quail West, and more.

PURCHASING COORDINATOR

The Purchasing Coordinator will directly support the interior designers ensuring seamless project coordination and efficient workflow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about Interior Design who will enjoy working with a team of talented designers on challenging projects in a creative work environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in Design Manager software proficiently.
  • Greet clients and visitors into the showroom. Support answering phone.
  • In Design Manager, price & enter project specifications
  • Process PO’s, acknowledgments, order tracking, open order status, receiving reports in Design Manager
  • Expedite damage claims, repairs & returns
  • Warehouse & in-house receivables & deliveries updated in Design Manager
  • In-house deliveries open & inspect, notify designer
  • Assist designers as needed with clients, project selections & sourcing, schedules, installations & photoshoots
  • Liaison between Design Team & Accounting
  • Schedule vendor ‘lunch & learn’ meetings
  • Maintain vendor lists in Design Manager
  • Showroom organization & cleanliness
  • Design Manager, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Office experience a must
