Unicorn Vending is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Purchase / Buying Executive to strengthen our procurement operations. If you come from the FMCG industry and understand fast-moving supply chains, vendor coordination, and cost-efficient purchasing, we want to talk to you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and vending-related supplies
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory
• Ensure timely replenishment to support smooth business operations
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for best pricing and quality
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams

🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the FMCG industry (Highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control & vendor management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical ability & attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
