Purchasing & Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a Purchasing and Facilities Supervisor to oversee indirect procurement and facilities operations across our retail store network and head office.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational continuity in stores, controlling service quality and costs, and managing supplier performance in facilities and maintenance activities.



Responsibilities

  • Oversee indirect procurement activities for stores and head office, ensuring cost control, process efficiency, and timely execution
  • Ensure operational continuity across the store network by supervising maintenance, repair, and facility services
  • Prioritize and manage maintenance and service requests coming from stores, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption
  • Support new store openings, refurbishments, and renovation projects by coordinating purchasing and facilities activities end-to-end
  • Supervise supplier selection processes, contract implementation, and ongoing vendor performance management
  • Monitor and enforce SLA/KPI compliance of suppliers, taking corrective actions when needed
  • Control facilities and procurement budgets, identify saving opportunities, and ensure spending remains aligned with targets
  • Act as the main coordination point between stores, vendors, finance, and internal departments on facilities and indirect purchasing topics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement, facilities management, or retail operations, preferably in multi-site retail or fashion organizations
  • Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and service performance in facilities or operational environments
  • Experience supporting store openings, renovations, or multi-location operations
  • Strong ability to control budgets, analyze cost data, and drive efficiency improvements
  • Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment with frequent operational priorities
  • Strong coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external vendors
