Purchasing Intern

As a Purchasing Intern, your mission is to assist with Procurement activities, vendor communication, and data organization. You will report to the VP of Finance.

You will

• Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist with maintaining and updating supplier records and documentation.
• Support data entry and analysis related to purchasing metrics and spend reports.

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Interest in procurement, vendor relations, or logistics.
