JOB SUMMARY
Support purchasing operations and manage inventory to ensure availability of medical and consumable items across clinics while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and follow up Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical items.
Track fast/slow-moving and near-expiry items.
Coordinate stock transfers between branches.
Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
Maintain supplier records and compare quotations.
Prepare basics inventory and purchasing reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply chain, or related)
1-3 years' experience in purchasing/inventory (medical field preferred)
Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good English communication skills

Basic analytical skills.
