we're looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Control Specialist to help
streamline our purchasing processes, optimize inventory management,
and keep our operations running smoothly. This role is a key position
with room for growth in a company that values innovation, teamwork,
and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Work within Officebooks and help with NetSuite (ERP) integration
-Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and
delivery timelines
-Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain conditions to adjust
purchasing strategies
-Procure supplies, materials, and parts to support company operations
-Maintain and update inventory databases to track supply usage and availability
-Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies
-Collaborate with all departments to streamline purchasing and inventory control
-Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery,
quality, pricing, or terms of sale
-Develop and implement purchasing and inventory control policies to
maximize efficiency and optimize workflow

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven negotiation skills with a strong ability to build vendor relationships
-Ability to work independently and problem solve
-Collaborative work style. We have a tight-knit team, and culture is

-Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
-Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
-Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage others
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software

What You Need:

-At least 3 years of buying or purchasing experience
-ERP experience

Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
