About Us:

We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Inventory Intern to join our team this summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in inventory management, purchasing processes, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized, clearly labeled, and accurate inventory system.

  • Assist in executing and documenting month-end physical inventory counts.

  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Help design, implement, and manage a structured cycle counting program.

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure seamless inventory flow.

  • Support purchasing and inventory teams with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
