We’re looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing products, tracking and ensuring our inventory is managed at optimal levels to support smooth operations.

What You’ll Do

Purchasing

• Place purchase orders as needed for customer projects, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of goods.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships.

Order & Inventory Tracking

• Monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery to confirm arrival aligns with project deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep them updated on order status and expected arrival dates.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred, not required).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier communication.
• Understanding of inventory tracking and stock control techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with procurement software (Acumatica) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

• On-site role with standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $45,000 – $65,000/year
• Hourly equivalent (if non-exempt): $22 – $32/hour
