Summary/Objective
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, receiving, organizing, and distributing all items needed by the Food and Beverage department.
Essential Functions
· Maintain inventory and ordering system associated with purchasing. (Currently in place)
· Always keep staple menu inventory items in stock.
· Lead end of month inventory.
· Check-in all deliveries that arrive daily.
· Shop and compare high dollar items with different vendors.
· Ensure unused items are stored properly and put into rotation, FIFO.
· Anticipate business volume.
· Submit all PO’s and billing for approval.
· Strong organizational skills are a must.
· The hours are approximately 7-3:30.
Must have 2 years Hospitality experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
