Our resort is where mindful living meets world-class service—and we’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to support our operations behind the scenes.

Position Summary:
As our Purchasing Manager, you’ll oversee the procurement of goods and services necessary for the resort’s day-to-day operations. From spa and wellness supplies to food & beverage and maintenance materials, your role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality purchasing that aligns with Amrit’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing operations, vendor negotiations, and contract management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across departments (spa, wellness, F&B, housekeeping, engineering)

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast supply needs and source appropriate vendors

• Ensure compliance with budgetary and quality standards

• Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor performance

• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

• Implement and oversee purchasing systems and inventory control protocols

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software

• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
