Purchasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle for all product categories across Denaster
• Plan and forecast stock requirements for retail partners (DDF, Virgin, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, etc.)
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and store networks (Activ8, Motiv8, Inov8 areas)
• Negotiate with suppliers and international brands for best pricing, MOQs, and lead times
• Coordinate with China and international suppliers for shipments, documentation, and compliance
• Track product performance and place replenishment orders accordingly
• Work with finance on costing, margins, and supplier payments
• Ensure all procurement processes meet company standards and timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years experience in purchasing / procurement (electronics, retail)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent Excel & forecasting ability
• Experience with import/export, logistics, and documentation
• Organised, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced environments
• Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
