Purchasing Manager- Interiors

The Purchasing Manager in the interiors industry is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment required for interior fit-out projects. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, finalizing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials as per project specifications.

The manager coordinates closely with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements and budgets, while maintaining optimal inventory levels. They evaluate vendor performance, manage price negotiations, track market trends, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies. The role also includes resolving supply delays, preparing purchase reports, and contributing to cost-saving strategies for interior projects.
