Purchasing Manager Luxury Fragrances

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager with expertise in the home fragrance industry (candles, diffusers, oils, and luxury scents). The role involves sourcing premium products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement that aligns with our brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase luxury home fragrance products from local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fragrance houses and vendors.
• Monitor inventory, demand trends, and new product launches.
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging fragrance innovations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within the fragrance, home décor, or luxury retail sector.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of fragrance brands, raw materials, and sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
