Job Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and purchase heavy vehicle spare parts from local and international suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of parts required for workshop and maintenance operations.
- Review purchase requests, compare quotations, and prepare purchase orders.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and workshop teams.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, and price updates.
- Follow company policies and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing heavy vehicle spare parts.
- Arabic language proficiency (must).
- Strong knowledge of trucks, trailers, heavy equipment spare parts, and automotive market.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple orders.
