  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials or services.
  • Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement standards, regulations, and internal procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
