🏗 High-Rise Building Projects

We are seeking an experienced Purchaser to support our construction and contracting operations, with strong exposure to high-rise building projects in Dubai.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Purchaser in construction / contracting (high-rise projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials (civil, MEP, finishes, façade, and fit-out)
• Hands-on experience in material sourcing, vendor evaluation, and supplier coordination
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Ability to prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow-ups
• Good understanding of technical specifications, BOQs, and drawings
• Experience coordinating with site, technical, procurement, and commercial teams
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers, market pricing, and procurement practices
• Ability to manage multiple orders while meeting project timelines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE / Dubai construction experience
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
