• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer in a medical clinic or healthcare facility in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE medical procurement laws & regulations
• Familiar with MOH, DHA, and related UAE portals
• Fluent in English – spoken and written
• Strong in organization, communication, and negotiation skills
