Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Purchasing Officer to manage international procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of high-quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate international suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Issue and manage purchase orders

• Coordinate with logistics for shipping and customs clearance

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve order discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience (preferably in manufacturing in KSA)

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)

• Excellent English language skills
