  • Prepare updates for leadership: status reports, milestone dashboards, and risk/issue logs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Work with General Manager to complete daily reporting requirements; which includes compiling and validating data from multiple sources (ERP/MRP, spreadsheets, suppliers). o Build and maintain reports to support price increase analysis (cost drivers, supplier increases, margin impact).
  • Future goal: Develop repeatable reporting templates (Excel, Access; Power BI a plus) to automate and standardize routine metrics.
  • Ensure data integrity through reconciliations, version control, and documentation of data sources/assumptions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with AP/Finance to confirm pricing, receipt data, and accrual timing including any communication with vendors regarding discrepancies. o Work with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to align materials and service timing to production and CI schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, multisheet models); ability to combine data from multiple sources.

  • Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and deliver cost savings.
  • High attention to detail, followthrough, and documentation discipline.
