Empowering Energy is currently looking for a Purchasing Representative in Riyadh, KSA. We are seeking a professional with 3+ years of experience in purchasing to support sourcing operations and ensure the procurement of materials and supplies needed for various projects. Applicants must be under the age of 30.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Representative. The role involves managing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that materials are received according to required standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase requests from various departments and ensure their needs are met.
• Research and evaluate suppliers to find the best offers in terms of quality and cost.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and agreements.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure materials are received as per required specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain adequate stock and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Age must be under 30 years old.
