Purchasing Specialist

Presently, we are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team for Ankara Region .

What Qualifications are Required?

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities,
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English ,
• 2 years+ of experience in the field of purchasing/order management,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is preferable.

What Do We Expect From You?

• Obtaining and controlling the necessary documents for import shipments,
• Executing required logistics operations, starting from receipt of sales orders through the shipment of goods, including follow-ups on purchase orders placed with suppliers,
• Following-up documents throughout the entire sales and purchasing processes,
• Registering quotations and purchase orders in the ERP system,
• Managing purchasing activities to ensure required quantities are met,
• Reporting to management on stock levels and purchasing history.
