[Buyer] - Purchasing Specialist

• Source, select and purchase houseware products, small home appliances, or beauty products, and focus on securing the best prices, quality, and terms.
• Manage inventory to meet company needs and customer demand.

▣ Key Responsibilities

1) Product selection and inventory management

• Researching and selecting products based on market trends, customer demand, and business goals
• Monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal stock

2) Supplier relationship management

• Finding, evaluating, and building relationships with suppliers
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules

3) Purchase order processing

• Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders
• Ensuring timely delivery
• Monitoring and reconciling any discrepancies

4) Cost and performance analysis

• Analyzing spending to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitoring vendor performance to ensure high standards

5) Strategic sourcing

• Sourcing products and supplies that align with the company's strategic goals and operational needs

6) Compliance and policy adherence

• Ensuring all procurement/purchasing activities follow company procedures, ethical guidelines, and legal regulations

7) Collaboration

• Working with other departments like Sales/CRM, Logistics, Customs, VM/Design, and supply chain planning to align purchasing

▣ Requirements

1) Must be eligible to work in the United States

2) Valid driver's license and able to go on business trips

3) At least 3~5 years of experience in purchasing preferred

4) Must be bilingual (Korean & English)
