Purchasing Specialist

Role Summary

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction and non-construction materials, services, and supplies to support projects while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services
• Issue RFQs, POs, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery
• Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1-4 years’ experience in procurement -Real Estate field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local Egyptian suppliers
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
