Purchasing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Supervisor to oversee and optimize our procurement processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.

- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules while ensuring quality standards are met.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to meet operational needs.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, budget guidelines, and quality standards.

- Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Having UAE driver’s license is an advantage
