Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized team member to support our 8-person Purchasing Department. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, communicating with vendors, and keeping processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter and update purchase orders, pricing changes, and product details
  • Track order confirmations and follow up with vendors
  • Assist with new product setup and maintain purchasing spreadsheets
  • Communicate with suppliers about availability, lead times, and shipments
  • Support the purchasing team with day-to-day operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in Excel and learning new systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience in purchasing, customer service, office admin, or data entry
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm, open to some flexibility in determining exact hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
