Position Summary

As a Purchasing Team Member, you will support the purchasing process by maintaining inventory records, following scheduled purchase plans, communicating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and office supplies. You will work closely with your manager and team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining inventory levels of raw materials and office supplies.
Follow purchasing schedules and guidelines to place orders on time.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery dates.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.
Support purchasing team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to understand purchasing needs.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Qualifications

Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse support preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable working with computers and inventory software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Reliable and a team player.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Schedule & Working Conditions

Standard business hours, weekends as need based on operational needs.
Office environment with occasional visits to warehouse or receiving areas.
Fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.
