Purchasing/Accounting Assistant

We are a small but fast-growing importer and distributor of OEM parts, located in Yorba Linda, CA, looking for a qualified purchasing/accounting assistant.

Potential candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to details, have the ability to multitask, and most importantly have a desire to learn new job requirements/functions and thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

· Process purchase orders

· Monitor and update order status and follow up on delivery

· Communicate with vendors and our overseas office

· Communicate with forwarder for freight release and delivery

· Enter bills and receipts

· Review and pay bills

Qualifications:

  • College degree and 1 year+ work experience
  • Accounting knowledge a plus
  • Excellent computer and math skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and flexible and responsive to change
  • Bilingual English and Chinese a plus
